They serve Buffalo, Venison, quail, elk and beef. They also have salmon and other seafood delights. On the same vein, ther is the Buckhorn Exchange in downtown Denver. For Cajun food, there is Bayou Bob's, which serves authentic Cajun style food, including Boundin, crab claws, and of course, Crawfish. Just the place for a homesick coonass, or coonass wannabe, like myself. Bob and his wife are from the Bayou. Lafeyette, I think. If you are headed for Estes Park, take US 36 through Lyons and plan to be in Lyons about dinner time. The Black Bear Inn, on the east side of town has fine continental cuisine with a Austrian flair. for lunch in Lyons, try the Lyons Soda Fountain. They have great soups, and sandwiches. All soups are homemade and delicious.

I think what really Red Robin serves is the ambiance and pretty waitresses
