If you love the Southwest, and travel through Durango Colorado, be sure to eat at the May Palace (900 block of Main Street). I've eaten Chinese from Chinatowns in New York to San Francisco, and have never eaten better than at the May Palace. Ling's sweet/sour pork is THE best I've had anywhere.
