I suggest La Vie en Rose. I was there in 1985 and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. When I returned in 1995 it was as good as I remembered it. Ask for a table on the veranda. If you have the time take the ferry from the French side of SM to Anguilla, about 15 min, and try Blanchards. It is one of best resturants in the region. Both are $$$ but worth it.
