Just back from the wonderful island of Aruba. While there are many EXECELLENT eateries on the island, we were particularily impressed with "Papiamento" a classic restaurant with the flare of local cooking. We have been eating here for the last four years -- never have been disapointed. Wonderful setting in an old estate, outside dinnig next to a small swimming pool or in a garden area, real linen table cloths and napkins. Artful presentations. Only down side this year was Dolly Parton CD, but when I requested something different it was immediately changed. If you are ever on Aruba, you own it to yourself to try this gem!
