They serve almost exclusively seafood, so don't go there expecting anything else. The night we were there, they only had two meat entrees and one vegetarian entree, and they were out of one of the meat entrees. The food is visually spectacular, but I think they try too hard. They seem to concentrate more on producing unusual combinations of exotic ingredients, rather than on producing dishes where the ingredients taste good together. I'd categorize the food as "interesting" rather than "wonderful". It is a wonderful place to stay, though. The rooms are beautiful and the scenery is spectacular. It's pricy, though.
