One of my friends (who was raised in Vancouver but lives abroad now) always goes to Delilah's near Stanley Park whenever she returns home. A little pricey but prix fixe, so unless you go crazy off the wine list you can get good value. We enjoyed the place when we went there. Definitely on the romantic side...
