East Indian - Anapoorna on 4th Avenue near Burrard. A few doors down from the S.W. corner. Japanese - Tama Sushi on Broadway & Fir Italian - Umberto's (I think on Davie - anyway, the West End for sure) or Romeo's on West 4th Ave. And supposedly the *best* in Vancouver, but costing lots of bucks, try Bishop's on 4th Ave. Bon Appetit, Nita
