Oregon Columbia Gorge Hotel, outside Hood River - brilliant cuisine, with a suggested wine per course - happened upon it totally by happenstance, recommended by the rural gas station owner near Mt. St. Helens. Feel like a Hollywood star from the twenties; Washington The Shoalwater Restaurant at the Shelburne Inn, Seaview Wash. Excellent west coast food. The salmon filet I had with a cranberry/blueberry sauce was brilliant.
