Every so often I share this info with other folk, as true f&c affectionados understand how *extremely* difficult they are to find.
The owner/chef at OA has been at it for 20 years, non-stop.
What he and his family have done is remarkable, well worth the trip, a once in a lifetime opportunity I would say. If you know of another great place, please advise.
Some of u dudes are possibly sometimes in the Vancouver area, and if ur into f&c, y'just gotta check this place out, I kid you not.
Reasonable as heck, and the salmon, well, y' just gotta try it...
