I think you would be further pissed if the manager said that your reason for sending back the item was unacceptable? This happened to us this evening and we want to see what the concensus from the dining public within this group is.... we were so irate that the police came and basically forced us to pay the bill as the manager flat out refused to remove the item from the cheque. if any of you are in Toronto...stay clear of Pappas Grille in Greektown!!!!!
