Good restaurants are kind of hard to come by in Watsonville, however...the absolutely BEST burritos can be found at Hector's Bakery on Airport Blvd. (right across from the airport.) It's not a restaurant per se, but they've got wonderful handmade tortillas and lots of other authentic food for take-out. If you haven't yet, go!

Thank you, we will try it. BTW, Rosa's on Freedon Blvd. used to be good but the last two times I was there it had really gone down hill - what happened?
