Sounds like Kim's. Good vegetarian (ask for the special menu), and I once had superb goat there. Never tried the pho, or maybe I did once and it wasn't memorable. Try Pho To Chau (? I think) over near Villa off Castro. Mostly pho and quite good. Jon
