The Pacific's Edge restaurant in Carmel at the Carmel Highlands Inn is magnificent. I ate there last Wednesday night. The restaurant is beautiful with a view over the Pacific, the food was marvelous and the service prompt,courteous and helpful. It is expensive but well worth it. I highly recommend it for a special evening.
