Wagyu/Kobe Beef in S.F.

Probably thinking of Juban, in Japantown, on ground floor beneath Kinokuniya bookstore.

Haven't been to that one but had good experiences at the original in Burlingame. Specialty is grill-it-yrself yakiniku, which is japanese version of Korean BBQ. Not such a wide variety of other Japanese food, but is good for beef...

I read a review of a Japanese Hibachi-style place, near Japantown, that served this rare and expensive beef. Does anybody know of this place? Any experiences? I know of someone who very, very rarely eats beef, but when he does, it "has to be the absolute best" - and he likes Japanese food.
