I had recently been to an excellent Thai Restaurant called the THAI PLACE. It is located in San Jose on the San Jose side of Stevens Creek Blvd. It looks pretty authentic and the food is the Best Thai Food that I have in the South Bay. Approx directions to THAI PLACE (from Sunnyvale): Lawrence (S) 280 (S) Winchester Exit -> Left at exit -> Left onto Winchester -> Right onto Stevens Creek Cross a few (don't know how many) blocks and I-880 and you'll find the restaurant on the right.
