Everytime I eat there I think this family run business uses Grandama's receipes. The Gordo Burritos kill me. Watch for the daily specials board above the cash register. I believe el mero mero translates to the best of the best. Larry ([email removed]) From [email removed] Fri Dec 18 09:07:39 EST 1998 Article: 35209 of ba.food

Santa Clara - Mexican?

The one that sticks out in my mind is the one I can't remember the name for :-) . It's a Mexican grocery store and in the back of it is a counter where you can order up different plates, burritos, etc. Their burritos are unique in that they can put grated parmesan cheese in it if you want. Yeah, I know, it sounds weird, but it tastes great! I also like the grilled chicken burritos at Rockin' Tacos (various locations including the Hacienda Shopping Center in Sunnyvale on El Camino between Fair Oaks and Wolfe). The chicken has a really nice grilled flavor to it. I haven't been able to find that kind of flavor at any other fast-food restaurant of any kind. Mark
