 Hi,

There was a German restaurant outside of SB towards Goleta, excellent sausages and hot
potato salad. On upper De La Vina there was an Ethopian restaurant that was good but
the Creme Brulee was superb!!!! On lower State Joe's served fresh sourdough bread with
sweet butter and homemade salsa. Cooking was old diner style, like beef short ribs that
you could eat with a spoon and very STIFF drinks.
My favorite was "Your Place" on lower De La Vina, a Thai restaurant where every dish is
 wonderfulllll!!!!!!!!!
The Red Lion Hotel has a nice atmosphere, food average.

I nol longer live in SB,,sigh, but go back when ever I can, beautiful city.
