I like Fon Yong in San Carlos. (1065 Holly Street near El Camino, tel#637-9238) They're a small homestyle Chinese restaurant and have a good selection of vegetarian dishes with mock meat/veggies/etc. Friendly staff, delicious and creative dishe but if it's busy be careful of somewhat slow service since it's such a small place although well worth it IMO. Oh, they also serve non-vegetarian dishes and seafood. Hope this helps!
