Try Rogelio's at Gold River. The owner is to be commended for the class he brings to dining in Sacramento, let alone any comments about the food. For cheapie Mexican which is very authentic, I like Vallejo's at either 14th & O streets and 4th & S streets. The food is very good. You can get a jumbo Mexican breakfast with food enough for two for $3.50. And it's good, too.
