 Rubio's isn't so much a restaurant (other than in the same way that
 MacDonald's is a "restaurant") as a fast food take out/eat in place.
 Their fish tacos are pretty good, though with their rapid expansion in
 the San Diego area, they've slipped in quality somewhat from their
 humble hole-in-the-wall beginnings.
