The authentic Peking duck is cooked in a huge stove which is round and more than 3 meters high. I don't think any restaurant in Pittsburgh has that kind of stove. I have tried Peking duck in some restraurants, but they are not as good as we have in Peking. I recommand Taibei in Walnut street, they have a dish called ZangCha Duck, pretty authentic. BTW, the best restraurant in Peking with Peking duck is Quan Ju De, Since 1820, they have hundreds branches in China. They also have branches in L.A. :) cheers, Connie Chang Kate C. wrote: > I think I may have asked this question a few months ago but > I'm not sure.
