In'n'Out is good for a chain, but it is hard to beat (some) of the roadside burger joints. If you are on your way to or from North Tahoe, try an Ikeda's tasty burger in Auburn. Another better alternative to In'n'Out for that burger craving. It is associated with a local produce market, so the tomatoes on your burger actually taste good and the fresh strawberry/bannana shakes rival Murder burger's. Also, both Murder Burger and Ikeda's serve either emu or ostrich burgers if you want to try something different from beef, turkey, chicken, etc. -Dave
