My suggestion would be Fandango.  I believe it is in Pacific Grove, but I can't help you with an address.

The Inn at Pebble Beach has a formal dining room overlooking the 18th green which is not only elegant but serves very fine food in the continental style.  They prefer you to dress but I think you can be informal: just not dressed for golf or the beach!  I've had some of the best meals I've found in the Carmel/Monterrey area at this hotel.
