Dunno if you can get in at this late date, but the two best restaurants in Santa Barbara are Downey's (Zagat's 28--as good as it gets in LA or New York), and Citronelle (an offshoot of LA's Citrus and said to be quite good--a 25). If everything is full, there's always La Super Rica, assuming they're open. :-) David
