Lunch near SF Hall of Justice?

I learned (from my jury experience) - the following (although don't assume you have to be fast - some days we had more than a leisurely amount of time):

Following are on Folsom between 7th and 8th (I think) Brain Wash - the laundramat/cafe place  - fastest, good soup, sandwiches etc. Cafe Rocco -  great hamburger Basil - good Thai

Then there's the cafe in the Flower Market, Bryant I think

And, if all else fails,  there is a McDonalds next to the Hall of Justice
