Is Juan's in Berkely a good Mex place?

It is on Carleton.  And they not only have very good food but they are very good people.  My wife works in the berkeley schools and asked Juan's for a discount for some food for a parent/student evening event. their response?  they provided dinner for 100+ at no charge since it was for a good (and underfunded) cause.  Yaaay Juan's!!!

(but the real reason to go is the flour tortilla chips.)
