Try Formosa Restaurant in Newark behind the New Park Mall in the same shopping center as Service Merchandise (if they're still in business). They also specialize in hand-pulled noodles (try the soup and specify that you want hand-pulled, otherwise if they are busy they'll use machine made, I think) and make wonderful sesame chicken and sesame beef. It's worth a trip over there. Call ahead and verify that they still have the pancakes on the menu. You will not be disappointed.
