Try La Bruchetta on Westwood Blvd. a couple of blocks north of Santa Monica Blvd.--about a 5 minute drive from where you are staying. It is a great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Also, La Serenata, on Pico about 1 mile east of the 405--about a 10 minute drive--excellent Mexican food. There are many more, since you are in one of the hearts of the good restaurant areas.

La Bruschetta is an outstanding Northern Italian restaurant, where you might spot some celebrities who live in West L.A. Prices are reasonable and the wine list is excellent and affordable. It's been our favorite for ten years. It's at 1621 Westwood Blvd.

Be sure to check out Serenata Gourmet on Pico in West LA. Unique Mexican food, lotsa seafood, with exquisite sauces. This is the uptown branch of a legendary restaurant in East LA that is currently being remodeled. It will be one of your most memorable Mex meals!

Let us know what you think!
