There's a really good, very authentic Korean barbq in north Oakland that is really great. Korean Charcoal BBQ is located in a strip mall filled with Korean shops at Telegraph and 45th, just south of the MLK/Telegraph exit on Hwy 24. The strip mall is on the east side of the street (on the left as you head down Telegraph into downtown Oakland). The restaurant is in the back corner of the strip mall.

The barbq items are great, many tables are equipped with barbqs, and the side condiments are plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this place.
