There's Hot Pot City (the "high tech restaurant" [huh???]) in the all-Asian mall on the south side of 237 at 880. At the corner of the strip south end from Mayflower restaurant.

I've never tried it - last time I went there it was a 2 hour wait at 9 pm. My sister-in-law tried it and was not impressed. Seems a bit expensive, but for "all you can eat" it may be a reasonable price if you like what's on the boards - $13.95 for dinner.

There's a pretty new Hot Pot Place called Shabu Shabu in Mountain View on Castro St. near El Camino. It's a very low/no frills (i.e. sort of a hole-in-the-wall) compared to any other hot pot place I've been to, however it's also less expensive. And the food is as good as you make it. ;-)

If you happen to be driving through the area, you might want to check it out.
