GREAT Lebanese Rest.

I have been frequenting a GREAT Lebanese restaurant of late and thought I should share it with the BA foodies. It is Habibi Restaurant in Fremont. It is located in the shopping mall at the intersection of Washington and Fremont.

Food:       *****       (best Lebanese I have had for any price) Selection:  *****       (If you want it, they have it.) Service:    **          (Only barely adequate, and rather unfriendly) Prices:     ****        (lunches < $5.00; dinners $8.00 - 12.00) Ambiance:   ***         (Nice photos and travel posters from pre-war Beirut)

Give them a try, but be prepared for only adequate service (The lady is worst; her husband is really rather pleasant, but he is the chef and doesn't socialize much unless you are Lebanese or a regular).
