Harris' Steak House on the corner of Pacific and Van Ness; House of Prime Rib at Washington and Van Ness; Morton's of Chicago on Post and Powell (next door to Borders Books); Alfred's Steak House at Merchant tween Montgomery and Kearny (across the street from the horribly ugly Chinatown Holiday Inn); Izzy's Steak & Chop House at Steiner and Lombard; and my personal favorite (cause CHEAP) is Palace Steak House at Mission and Cesar Chavez (Army). The other one is Ruth's Chris Steak House at California and Van Ness, but in another post someone said the place is not good as it's a chain. Enjoy...
