If you're driving through Santa Rosa, check out the mole tamales
Oaxacenos at Oaxaca on Piner Rd., north end of town. Also excellent there are the camarones al mojo de ajo (with some veggies thin-sliced and sauteed with the numerous shrimp), and the soft tacos (esp. pastor).

There's a good tacqueria just off the southern Healdsburg exit from 101 too. Have been there a couple of times, but don't remember the name. It's next door to a Mexican grocery store.
