I MUCH, MUCH prefer Farallon, been there 3 times (luckily) it is the best seafood restaurant bar none in the city.

As for tasting notes, the caviar and smoked fish plate is so good you may want to order a double................

Service sublime, experienced and the food consistently excellent........

Tasting notes at Aqua? Virtually everything on the menu is sublime. Only complaint is that the noise level is dreadful; be prepared to shout. We now get a late reservation so that the place will begin emptying as we finish our meal--we can the hear others at our table.
