This was such a fun dish to have and I kind of miss it. If you don't mind it a bit spicy, Jing Jing's in Palo Alto serves a tasty dish. LauraM

And while we're at it, where can I find Chinese food like I use to get at Uncle Hu's in Houston or at Dragon Verde in Caracas or at Bo Bo in Miami (where the Chinese cooks had fled Cuba, but could make mondongo to beat the band). Now there's some REAL cooking. Makes anything north of the 30th Parallel taste like that fried noodle shit sold in cans that could only have been invented east of the International Dateline. Ain't nostalgia great? Go ahead, gimme your best shot. BTW, Kirin on Solano Avenue, Albany, makes hand-tossed Tan Tan noodles. Slurp!
