Any information you can include There is a Cambodian restaurant in a not-great neighborhood in San Jose that has really good food, friendly service, and it's inexpensive too. It's called Chez Sovan and it's on 13th and Taylor(?) in East San Jose. It's a family-run hole-in-the-wall (and I do mean hole). I have never heard anyone say anything negative about the food there, and I've heard a lot of raves, which IMHO are justified. Bon Appetit
