I can't eat the fat loaded chips, and Rooh's makes their own in a non-fat way. The taste is wonderful, and the salsa always disappears rapidly when some friends and I go there. Healthy mexican food without all that fat. I like it. Off the beaten path, a place called El Calderon at the corner of Calderon and Church streets in Mountain View is excellent. They serve Guatamalen (sp?) food, I believe. Different, nice and relatively inexpensive. It's in a small strip mall with a laundromat, but it is good food. The place is very casual, and it's worth your while to go there if you're nearby.
