Big Nate's on Folsom in SF has pretty good 'Que. Not cheap, but of high quality. I believe they deliver to many parts of the city. The "Nate" in the name is Nate Thurmund, of Golden State Warrior fame. I made the mistake of asking Nate how much food I'd need for our group of 4, and ended up with enough 'que and slaw for an army (no big deal, I mean the stuff won't go bad). Guess his portions are for 7 footers.
