Restaurant Maya in downtown San Mateo is open until 1am or 2am (closed on Mondays). After 10pm their menu changes to be soba, udon, onigiri, ice cream, etc. Their on the second floor just east of the Ben Franklin hotel. I've been very pleased with their food. Glenn
