The absolute *BEST* BBQ ribs (pork and beef, both on the bone and boneless) are at Tulsa Rib Company, which is in a little shopping center (grocery store type shopping center) on Collins Avenue at the corner of Tustin Avenue (about a block or two north of the corner of Tustin and Katella).
