I can't remember the name, but it's a local landmark and anyone in the area should be able to direct you. The ribs and chicken are only fair, but the pulled-pork BBQ sandwiches are excellent. I lived in the South for a number of years while I was in the Navy, and I believe they offer authentic Carolinas-style BBQ. Probably not as upscale as you are looking for, but personally I try not to seek out sophisticated dining experiences out in the middle of God's country. I could be wrong, but I always play the percentages. ;-)
