The Austin Chronicle has published a Central Texas "Hall of Fame." Included therein are reviews of The Salt Lick, the entire Lockhart barbecue scene (including the Kreuz family feud), and Elgin's own "hot guts". Not to be missed if you're on the prowl for the best.
