Take the Slippery Rock exit off I-79 (I believe it is Route 108) and go toward Slippery Rock. You will find it on the left hand side of the road just past the intersection at what used to be called Moore's Corners.

Slight correction - if you are going toward Slippery Rock from I79 it would be on the righthand side of the road. Kate
