Thursday lunch- Corkey's in Knoxville, TN. Lunch special platter of pulled pork with a double order of coleslaw (Adkins diet don't you know) Smokey and tender. Thursday dinner- Came home to the news that the teacher's appreciation dinner had some left over Q from Gary's BBQ in China Grove, NC. Well, bring it on Darling!!! Ah, life is good. mjb
