: Is anyone able to recommend some great southwestern cuisine restaurants in : Phoenix, AZ, that have menus similar to Coyote Cafe in Santa Fe? You bet - Vincent Guerithault on Camelback. This is one of the best fancy restaurants in the country. It's been a few years since we've been to the Coyote Cafe, but we went to Vincent Guerithault a few months ago and it was the best meal in this style that we've had. The duck tamale is the most popular item on the menu and a must-order. The pastry desserts are also incredible. We found this place in "The Food Lover's Handbook to the Southwest" by Dave DeWitt and Mary Jane Wilan (forward by Mark Miller), which we found to be very useful in our travels in New Mexico and Arizona this summer.
