A couple of weekends ago, I was in Phoenix. Ate at a restaurant in Scottsdale called "Rawhide". Actually, it was a complete Western Town. I'm not going to get into the whole thing, you just gotta go there if you are in the area. I will say one thing. I ate Rattlesnake, and it doesn't taste like chicken. Rusty in New Orleans.
