Whenever I visit Phoenix I eat one meal at Havana Cafe on Camelback Rd. (Near Scottsdale/Phoenix line).

Best bet: Paella Valenciana (house specialty). Menu says it's for 2, but 3 can share easily.

Spanish/Cuban cuisine. Small restaurant in a small strip plaza. I give it four stars!

We tried it too, but it would seem that the Paella is the only good dish as my husband had the special fish dish of the night which was only so-so and my roast pork supposedly a Cuban speciality was downright bad, totally tasteless and served with watery potatoes, beans and rice!
