Steve, here are a few: Los Dos Molinos(Mesa/S.Phx)--really super Mexican food. Not Tex-Mex, but more Sonoran style. Not fancy, just good food. Z Tejas(Scottsdale Fash. Park)--really trendy. They call it "South by Southwest Cuisine". I've never been there, but for what they offer it's supposed to be good. Roxxand(Biltmore Fash Park)--really trendy spot as well. Good nuveaux southwestern style. Oaxaca(Central Phx)--some of my favortie Mexican food. You know a restaurant is good when the main clientele is Mexican. 'nuf said. good tacos.
