I can't help posting about my favorite Creme Brulee which is served in Tucson at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort. I t is incredibly rich creme served in phyllo leaves, topped with crunchy burnt sugar and then nested in a wonderful Rasberry Sauce. It is worth the trip to Tucson and the price of the creation. Bev
