Knitting

Hands to work...Hearts to God...

I sits an' I knits, an' da ball o' cotton, it jest rolls aroun' da flo'.....

(this saying was found in an antique store on an embroidered sampler with a picture of a black girl)

If I stitch fast does it count as an aerobic exercise ??

If I'm sittin'.....I'm knittin' !!

Memories are stitched in love.

My heart sings joyfully with each stitch I take...!!

Never let a knitting machine know you're in a hurry.

There is a time to be born and a time to die. A time to laugh and a time to cry, but there never seems to be enough time to knit.
